I've only used a small amount so far, but it works great for chopping carrots and is also great for slicing.

After a few weeks of use Design and Quality The first thing I noticed was the sturdy, durable construction.
Seems like a good purchase There were antislip strips in the package. I just opened it and it no longer slips on my smooth countertop.
It is very sharp so be careful, this will definitely reduce the cutting time, the only downside to this is that it doesn't lock very well and opens up every time you cut which is frustrating.
Trust them when they say the blades are really sharp
